100 g smør<br />
4 egg<br />
3 dl sukker<br />
6 dl mel<br />
3 ts bakepulver<br />
2 dl matfløte eller melk<br />
5 store gode epler<br />
1 dl sukker<br />
1 1/2 ss kanel<br />
1/2 ts malt nellik eller allehånde<br />
4 dl vaniljekrem<br />
40 g kaldt smør<br />
perlesukker<br />
<strong>Slik gjør du:</strong><br />
Smelt 100 g smør og avkjøl det noe. Visp sukker og egg til eggedosis. Bland sammen siktet mel og bakepulver. Rør inn smeltet smør og matfløte.<br />
Hell røren over i en kakeform ( ca 27 cm) eller i en liten langpanne kledd med bakepapir. Fordel vaniljekremen over røren. Skrell eplene og skjær dem i båter. Bland eplebåter med sukker, kanel og nellik.<br />
Legg eplene tett i tett på vaniljekremen. Bruk en ostehøvel og skjær smøret i tynne skiver som legges på toppen. Dryss over perlesukker om du vil. Stek kaken ved 175 grader i ca. 45 minutter.</p>
<p><strong>Tips:</strong><br />
Tilsett revet skall av 1 sitron i røren. Server med f.eks. pisket creme fraiche tilsmakt melis og vanilje.</p>

<p>Skjær grønnsakene i fyrstikkstore strimler. Del laksen i store terninger. Legg dem til side så lenge. Vask blåskjellene godt i rennende kaldt vann. Kast ødelagte skjell og skjell som ikke lukker seg hvis du «kakker» på dem.</p>
<p>Finhakk og fres løk og hvitløk i olivenolje i en stor kjele. Tilsett blåskjell og hvitvin. Legg på lokk og damp til skjellene åpner seg. Kast eventuelle skjell som ikke åpner seg.</p>
<p>Sil kraften over i en ny kasserolle og plukk skjellmaten ut av blåskjellene. Spar noen hele til pynt.</p>
<p>Tilsett fløte i kraften og kok opp. Visp inn smør og grovhakket basilikum, kjør suppen med en stavmikser til det skummer godt. Smak til med salt og pepper.</p>
<p>Tilsett grønnsakene og kok under lokk til strimlene er så vidt møre. Legg i lakseterningene og la dem trekke ett minutt i suppen.</p>
<p>Bland inn blåskjellene og suppen er klar for servering.</p>
<p><strong>Tips</strong> Laks kan erstattes med ørret eller hvit fisk som torsk, sei eller kveite.</p>

<p>500 g rå scampi med skall<br />
500 g fersk tagliatelle<br />
1/2 &#8211; 1/1 purre (vi brukte en liten purre)<br />
2 små tomater (skrelt og most)<br />
2-3 fedd hvitløk<br />
1/2 rødløk<br />
1 søtpaprika<br />
1 dl hvitvin<br />
1 dl kremfløte<br />
1 dash med sweet chilisaus<br />
litt piri piri<br />
litt chilipulver (bruk gjerne fersk)<br />
Olivenolje</p>
<p>Sett på vann og kok pastaen.</p>
<p>De rå scampiene tines og skrelles. Alle grønnsakene og hvitløken hakkes i små biter. Varm opp pannen og ha i olivenolje. Ha oppi hvitvinen og scampiene samt hvitløk og krydder og la det frese litt før resten av grønnsakene og hvitløken tilsettes. Aller sist has kremfløte og sweet chilisaus i (mengde etter smak &#8211; vi brukte 2-3 spiseskjeer) samt smake til med mer krydder.</p>
<p>Serveres med pasta og eventuelt godt brød og salat.</p>

<p>Ha kjøttdeig og hakket løk i en jerngryte. Rør med en gaffel under stekingen, slik at kjøttdeigen blir småkornet når den er gjennomstekt.</p>
<p>Ha i hvitløk, krydder og hermetiske tomater. La det surre noen minutter.</p>
<p>Bland i tomatbønner og paprika og la det koke opp. Smak til med salt og pepper. Serveres med pariserloff og en frisk salat.</p>

<p>Smør og sukker røres hvitt. Deretter røres egget inn. Tørrvarene (vaniljesukker, bakepulver og hvetemel) røres forsiktig inn. Her kan det bli nødvendig å spe med mer hvetemel.
</p>
<p>Del deigen i to og ha i 2 ss kakao i den ene delen. Trill ut i to pølser. Legg en hvit og en brun pølse tett inntil hverandre og legg de resterende to oppå disse, slik at de danner et sjakkmønster. Klem sjakkpølsa litt sammen, og skjær den i skiver. Hver skive ca 5-8 mm tykk.

<p>Del opp i biter med kniv, og legg på stekeplate med bakepapir. Stekes på 200 grader midt i ovnen i ca 8-10 inutter. Avkjøles på rist. </p>

<p>Ha sjokolademoussen i porsjonsformer, eller en stor bolle. Settes kjølig i minst 2 timer før servering. Server sammen med litt pisket krem.</p>

<p>Sett på en kjele med rikelig vann og salt og ha i pastaen når det koker. Fres baconet sammen med finhakket hvitløk. Sett det til side.<br />
I en skål piskes det sammen egg, fløte og ost med en gaffel. Kvern i litt pepper og litt salt.s Hell bacon og hvitløk oppi og bland godt.</p>
<p>La pastaen renne av og ha den tilbake i kjelen sammen med bacon og eggeblandingen.</p>
